I’m Will, a qualified Running Coach, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and a Dad to 2 young children. I’m passionate about fitness and I love running but I also appreciate how important family life is and how work and family commitments can make finding time to exercise difficult.
That is why I set up WB Fitness. The aim was to create a relaxed and social environment, to make exercise (and in particular running) fun, social and flexible.
I currently offer a range of fitness services, from beginner running sessions and group social runs to 1-2-1 Personal Training & Running Coaching. So whether you are keen to start your fitness journey, looking to improve your fitness, a runner looking to find a group to run with, or need help preparing for your next event (5k – marathon) then get in touch.
