And this is my story…..
Will Boggs

I’m not one of those people who has always been in to fitness and lives in the gym…. I came to the conclusion that I needed to make a change when my wife and I were expecting our first child. Having enjoyed myself in my twenties with a relaxed approach to my health and fitness it was clear that I needed to make a positive change to ensure that I am around long enough to see my children grow up and be a positive role model to them.

 

Having said that, the more they grow up the fitter I need to become just to keep up with them!

 

I started running socially with some old friends from school instantly catching the running bug and it wasn’t long before we were pushing each other to train towards the next milestone distance or event and pushing to improve our PB’s. Keen to share my passion for running and having been to a few classes I started hanging out with Clive and Lou at Portsmouth TRX when they set up their own running club.

 

Before long I had developed a real passion for exercise and fitness outside of running and an increasing desire to share this with others and help them achieve the same positive results that I had. Coming to the realisation that this was the direction that I wanted my career to take. I made the transition from taking part in the classes to instructing them, constantly striving to develop my knowledge and experience.

 

So that’s my story….. so far! But it’s only the start of WB Fitness and I’m incredibly excited to see where this story goes!

But why train with me?

Having been a stay at home parent who worked part-time whilst building a fitness business as well as fitting in my own training. I understand first hand how difficult it can be to keep on top of your fitness whilst juggling a busy work/life balance. Especially when you have the priorities of a young family to put first.

With this in mind I strive to ensure that all my sessions are incredibly fun with plenty of social interaction whilst providing an effective workout to help you achieve your own fitness goals!
